William "Macboy" Levin posted his first macboy.com® comic strip, Zap the PRAM, and Other Placebos, in 1999 to promote his small NYC-based Macintosh computer consulting business. Two years later, William started producing MacToons Flash animations, along with music he composed with his Power Mac 8600, Opcode Studio Vision Pro (version 3.5.6!), an old Korg M1, and a Yamaha TG500. What started as a hobby has now taken on a life of its own, attracting an audience of thousands of Mac enthusiasts around the world. These days, William can be found giving Made on a Mac presentations at Apple SoHo in New York City, and Flash animation seminars at Macworld Expo. |
